I am Nate Lansdell, a commercial photographer based in Peterborough. I work with businesses and organisations across the UK to create photography that actually gets used. Whether that is headshots for your team, images for a new website, product shots for a campaign, or coverage of a launch event, everything I shoot is built around what your business needs to say and where you need to say it

I edit all my photos inhouse, no photo is sent to external partners, its Nates signiture style that brings your story to life

Many people think a photographer just shows up, clicks a button, and leaves with a few pictures. I see it very differently. I look at every project as a way to help your business actually grow, The visual narrative of the story. If your images don’t tell a story, and look amateurish , people might think your service is too.
I am here to make sure that never happens. My goal is to give you a complete library of images that you can use across your whole business, from your website to your social media and printed brochures. These are not just fillers to make a page look pretty; they are expertly crafted tools that help people trust you, making it much easier for customers to choose you over a competitor.
However a huge part of my work is about more than just the technical side of the camera. I am often told I have a real knack for making people feel completely at ease in front of the lens. I know that most people do not enjoy having their photo taken, and that discomfort can often show in the final result. I pride myself on being a calm, friendly presence on site, helping your team relax so we can capture their genuine personality. When people feel comfortable, the photos look professional and approachable rather than staged or awkward. I make sure that every penny you spend on your photography works as hard as you do for your business.

I am a neurodivergent creator. What that means is, my brain is wired to notice the things most people walk right past, but also be attuned to the behaviour of people. While others are looking at the big picture, I am naturally focused on the small details that actually tell the story. It might be the way light hits a machine in a factory, the way a person leans when having their headshot, that shows their nerves, a quick smile between two colleagues, or the tiny details that show how much quality goes into your products.
I use this hyper-focus as a bit of a professional superpower. It helps me catch those honest, unscripted moments that feel real rather than forced. Because I am constantly observing, I can find the heart of your business and show it to the world.
It is about being honest and showing your brand with real authority. I want to make sure your photos do not just look professional; I want them to feel like the real you. This meticulous attention to detail gives your brand a distinct edge in a crowded market.
I believe that professional photography should be an effortless experience for the client. My role is to remove the stress of content creation, resulting in imagery that makes your business look as professional as it truly is. To ensure a high-end result, I follow a simple but disciplined process:

Absolutely fabulous photographer an absolute pleasure to deal with very accommodating always on hand to help thank you for a brilliant service.

While photography is my passion, I believe that a well-rounded life makes for a better creative perspective. I live in Peterborough with my wife, Julie, who runs her own business, Apiary Solutions. We share our home with our two Frenchies, Nola and Gizmo, who certainly keep us on our toes and provide plenty of entertainment.
When I am not behind the camera or at my desk, you will likely find me exploring. Scotland is one of my favourite places in the world, and there is nothing quite like the rugged landscape of the Highlands to clear the mind and find fresh inspiration. At heart, I have always been a storyteller and a builder. Whether I am immersed in a complex Lego set, lost in a video game, or out on a long walk with the dogs, I am always looking for the next narrative. This love for exploring and creating is exactly what I bring to my work, a constant curiosity and a desire to see the beauty in the details.
I am here to help your business stand out. Let us work together to create a visual identity that truly reflects the quality of what you do.
