What The Photoshoot Achieved

Captured the full story of the evening

Covered arrivals, speeches and networking so Allia C and C had a complete gallery that documents the milestone properly and reflects the tone of the celebration.

A relaxed atmosphere that still looks polished

Created candid images that feel natural and unforced, balancing formal moments with genuine interaction so the event feels both professional and warm.

Shoreditch character built into the visuals

Used the venue and the urban setting to give the photography a distinctive sense of place, so the images feel specific to this event rather than generic corporate coverage.

Brand and team assets ready for marketing

Delivered group photographs, branding details and venue décor images that could be used across web, social and anniversary communications.

The Creative Approach

I approached this as a documentary event with a clear structure. I arrived early to photograph the venue styling and branding before guests filled the space, then worked through the evening with a calm, unobtrusive presence. During speeches, I prioritised clean angles, strong expressions, and readable backgrounds. Between formal moments, I focused on candid storytelling, capturing conversations, laughter and connections that showed the purpose of the night. Throughout, I looked for compositions that included the distinctive feel of The Light Bar and Shoreditch, so the final gallery matched the creative, urban atmosphere described in the brief.

A Personal Note from Nate

A tenth anniversary deserves photographs that feel like a celebration, not just a record.

The best moments happen between the formalities

Networking images are often the most valuable, because they show real relationships and shared purpose in a way staged photographs cannot.

Style matters, but it must still feel honest

My aim was to keep the gallery polished while protecting the relaxed mood of the evening, so the story feels genuine.

Images that keep working after the event

A strong set gives the client more than memories. It becomes useful content for marketing, internal updates and future anniversary storytelling.
