Photography for Healthcare Providers

Imagery that builds trust with patients, families and regulators

Healthcare is built on trust, and the way your organisation looks online shapes that trust before anyone picks up the phone. I work with care homes, NHS services, private clinics and healthcare businesses across Peterborough, Cambridge and the East Midlands to create photography that shows the real quality of care you provide. From staff headshots and facility imagery to full brand photography for websites and recruitment, every shoot is planned around your setting, your people and the story your organisation needs to tell.

What Healthcare Organisations Use Photography For

Case Study: Fortava Healthcare, brand launch photography for a new care home operator

Fortava Healthcare came to me before they had launched. They needed a complete set of brand imagery to support their new website, marketing materials and investor communications as they prepared to open their first care homes. We planned a shoot across multiple days covering corporate headshots for the senior leadership team, environmental photography in care settings, and brand storytelling images that captured the warmth and professionalism at the heart of their approach. The images were used across their website, LinkedIn, recruitment materials and stakeholder presentations, giving them a polished, consistent visual identity from day one.

FAQ's

I never photograph patients or residents without proper consent. Before any shoot involving people receiving care, we agree a clear consent process with your team. Where consent is not possible or appropriate, I use careful framing, angles and environmental shots to tell your story without identifying individuals.

In some circumstances we can look to bringing in models or stand inns, particularly in the case of venerable patients who cannot connect.

Absolutely. Every healthcare shoot is planned around your timetable, not mine. I am used to working in environments where disruption needs to be minimal, from busy care homes to clinical reception areas. We agree a schedule in advance that fits around handovers, meal times and visiting hours.

Most are. Healthcare workers are generally brilliant at their jobs and terrible at standing still for a camera, and that is completely fine. I direct gently, keep sessions short and relaxed, and the results always surprise people. The Fortava Healthcare team said exactly this.

Turnaround depends on the size of the shoot, but most healthcare projects are delivered within five to ten working days. If you have an urgent deadline for a website launch, recruitment campaign or CQC submission, let me know and I will do my best to prioritise.

Yes. I bring everything to you. For headshots I set up a portable studio in a quiet room on your premises. For environmental and facility photography I work through the building with you. No studio hire, no travel for your team.
