Specialist imagery for commercial developments, premium Airbnb listings and residential homes.

In a digital-first property market, your online listing is your only shop window. However, a home is more than a floor plan. It is a place of safety, living memories, and laughter. While I use industry-leading “Flambient” techniques and the use of HDR to ensure every room looks its best, my goal is to reinvent property photography by keeping it authentic. I do not just photograph a showroom; I capture the feeling of living there. Whether it is a residential sale, a cosy Airbnb, or a vibrant commercial space, I provide magazine-quality imagery that tells the story of a space well-loved.

Property Photography FAQ's

Most high-street agents use basic wide-angle lenses and automated settings, which can make rooms look distorted and cold. My approach is rooted in natural storytelling. I use a hybrid “Flambient” and HDR method that preserves the “bloom” of natural light, ensuring your house looks like a warm, inviting home rather than a sterile showroom.

I do use wide angle lens, but my overall goal is to create feeling of “a home, office or workplace” that people can imagine themself in.

HDR stands for High Dynamic Range. To achieve this, I take five separate, composed exposures of the same scene, ranging from very dark to very bright. I then meticulously merge these together in post production. This process ensures that every detail is visible, from the darkest corner of a large room to the view through the windows. It prevents the windows from appearing as a solid white glare and ensures a balanced, professional finish.

Flambient is a professional method where I blend multiple exposures of the same room. I take one shot using the natural ambient light to capture the mood and another using a professional flash to ensure colours are accurate and crisp. By layering these together, I create a final image that is bright and clear but still feels completely real to the eye. It is the gold standard for achieving true colours in interior design.

Every property has unique lighting challenges, and I choose the technique that best suits the specific character of your space. I typically use the Flambient method for rooms where colour accuracy is the priority, such as high end interiors. I choose the 5 shot HDR method for more complex spaces where there are very dark shadows or exceptionally bright windows. By being proficient in both, I can adapt my approach on a room by room basis to produce a natural and authentic result.

No, and this is a core part of my photography philosophy. Many photographers over process their images, which results in a flat or artificial look. By carefully merging exposures and respecting the natural bloom of light from the windows, I ensure the final image feels like a real, breathable home. My goal is to capture the heart of the home, not just the dimensions.

Yes, preparation is essential for a successful shoot. I recommend clearing worktops, removing personal photographs, and hiding away items like bins, cables, or pet bowls. While I am happy to adjust a cushion or a chair to perfect a frame, the property should be camera ready upon my arrival to maximise our time together.

The duration depends on the size of the property and the level of detail required. A standard two bedroom home usually takes between an hr to and hr and 30 mintues Larger commercial spaces or luxury Airbnb’s with a focus on lifestyle detail shots may take longer.

While I cannot control the British weather, I can control the results. For interior shots, my lighting equipment ensures the rooms still look bright and airy. For exterior shots, I include professional blue sky replacement in my editing process as standard. This ensures your listing always looks its best regardless of the clouds.

Currently, I do not offer drone photography or floor plans as I am focussing on perfecting the art of interior and lifestyle imagery. However, I am looking to invest in drone technology in the near future. If you require floor plans, I am happy to recommend local partners who can assist.

I understand that timing is critical in the property market. Your images undergo a meticulous editing process and are delivered via a secure, private online gallery within 24 to 48 hours of the shoot. From there, you can download them in high resolution for print or web ready sizes for Rightmove and Airbnb.

As the creator, I retain the copyright, but every shoot includes a generous commercial usage license. This allows you to use the images for any marketing purposes, including websites, social media, and printed brochures, for as long as you need to market that specific property.
